I have seen Jessica for roughly 4 years. I had gone through the process of seeing a few different therapists prior to finding Jessica looking for someone that was the right fit. It is important to have someone you are comfortable talking to about most anything and Jessica was that person for me. She has helped me through a difficult divorce along with the everyday challenges that life brings raising children. I would say that she is more than a therapist to me as I feel like she has become a type of life coach as well. She helps me process what is going on in my life in a way that leads to me making decisions that I am not going to regret later. I have learned a great deal from Jessica and I believe that my time with her over the years has made me a better person. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have seen Jessica for a few years and I have been very happy with how my situation has continued to improve. She has been able to be both compassionate as well as made me challenge my way of thinking. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable from the first encounter. I have been to a few therapists in the past and feel Jessica has provided not only friendly ear, but also has provided insightful advice that has made my life better. Thank you Jessica!

Reached out to Jessica a few months back because I was dealing with some issues in my life and wanted to get some perspective/advice from a professional. She's awesome. Easy to talk to. Great listener. Makes you feel very comfortable from the first minutes in her office. She helped me immensely. It's hard to make that first step when reaching out to a therapist. I am so glad I contacted Jessica. Highly recommend her!

In 3.5 shorts months, I became a single mother to a child with a special need. It's not how I pictured my life. I tried to do it all on my own. I tried to work through the anger, sadness, confusion, etc. on my own. I couldn't do it anymore so I started searching for a therapist. Jessica's profile came up and after reading her website and a few other therapists sites, I closed the computer. I was afraid to reach out. I was a new mom, afterall. I am suppose to be able to handle anything and everything. I finally decided to email Jessica to set up our first session. 2+ years later, I am still seeing Jessica and I couldn't have chosen a better therapist.

She is a gentle soul. She allows her clients to vent, to speak without interruption. She guides you, she sympathizes, she is empathetic. She is a mom. She has gotten me through my divorce and the struggles of dealing with a child who's vision isn't 20/20 and never will be. She has watched the many tears roll down my cheeks and always offers a tissue. She has seen me at my lowest point and my happiest. My divorce is final but I continue seeing her because it's my time-out from the daily grind of being a single mom to a toddler. My sessions are solely for me. When others ask for recommendations, I will refer them to Jessica because of how much she has personally helped me. The day I don't need her anymore will be very difficult but I will always have her voice in my head to help guide me along.

I was introduced to Jessica through a mutual friend. The time I got to spend with Jessica was definitely eye opening. Jessica was extremely insightful with her perspective and looked at my situation with an objective point of view. When you first meet Jessica, she instantly had this welcoming and warm presence. And you just really find yourself trusting her and allowing yourself to open up to her. I highly recommend Jessica!!!

Last year my boyfriend who is now my fiancé started to see Jessica as a couples counselor. My father had just passed away unexpectedly, our family business was sinking with the economy and my depression from all of it was taking a huge toll on both my fiancé and my life. I was having anxiety attacks all the time, he and I were arguing all the time and I just couldn't seem to make it work. Finally e and I hit Rock bottom in our relationship and almost broke up. We both knew that we had to give it one more shot and that we would have to seek help for it. I found Jessica on a website that gave her background and we both decides she would fit. I have seen therapists before and knew how to weed out a bad one quickly. When we met with her we instantly knew we found the right one. She was completely unbiased. She was kind but honest. She helped us develop the communication skills necessary for our relationship to survive. She helped me on my depression and referred me to great outside help for issues that were outside her scope of practice. Here we are 10 months later and my relationship with my fiancé is Amazing! My depression is few and far between, no more anxiety attacks and no more beating myself up. Her price which absolutely fair is worth every penny! I see here every three months now to make sure I don't allow stuff to build ip an both my fiancé and are incredibly grateful for her helping us save our relationship! I refer to anyone and everyone I know!! She really is what therapy is supposed to be!!
