About Jessica

I am a Walnut Creek- based psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience. I specialize in relationship therapy, parenting, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration.

I have dedicated my life and career to improving human connections while stretching and growing with my clients.  

My approach is relational and heart-centered. I believe in therapy as a living, breathing collaboration-one that honors both science and soul. Whether supporting clients through the tender work of healing relationships or guiding them with psychedelics, my goal is to create a space of safety, curiosity, and genuine connection.

As a mother of two children, I am familiar with the labor of love that all parents experience. I believe that being a "good" therapist and being a "good" parent often requires the same artistry. So, I strive to teach my kids that their individuality and uniqueness are more important than any societal norms.

When I am not on a journey with my clients, I cherish time with my husband, traveling, and growing alongside my children. These moments outside the therapy room nourish my own capacity to show up fully-as a clinician, a mother, and a fellow traveler in this beautiful, complex human experience.
